Paul Warman, Group CEO

Paul was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer in 2010 and is also a Director of Evolution Road Maintenance Group Limited. Paul is responsible to the Board for the Evolution Group business. Through a successful career of over 20 years with ASX-listed Programmed Maintenance Services, Paul has extensive experience in general management roles in property services, facilities management and managing a diverse, national business. Paul is a graduate in the Advanced Management Program at Mt Eliza Business School.

David Schramm, Executive Director

David is Co-founder of Evolution and currently Executive Director of Evolution Road Maintenance Group. David has over 12 years’ experience in the traffic industry and now oversees the development of the Group’s HMS Civils, Graffiti and Training businesses and has an active role throughout the Group. David is a former police officer, having spent 17 years in the Queensland Police Force.

Danny Shafar, Group General Manager, Marketing & Business Development

Danny is currently Group General Manager Marketing & Business Development. Danny has over 30 years’ experience in the property, facilities management and project services industry with general management and business development skills. With over 27 years’ of experience with Programmed Maintenance Services, Danny’s role is to drive the marketing and business development activities at Evolution. Danny has an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and is a Registered Commercial Builder in Victoria.

Troy Stahlhut, General Manager, Traffic

Troy Stahlhut has over 12 years’ experience in the traffic control and security industry. Troy has overall responsibility for all traffic operations at Evolution with a focus on safety, compliance and customer service. Troy has extensive training and qualifications in security, risk management, safety, first aid, workplace training and traffic management.

Adele Watkins, Corporate Services Manager

Adele is currently Corporate Services Manager, managing the Group’s finance, payroll and administration teams. Adele was instrumental in the establishment of Evolution in 2004, through the development of robust administrative systems and processes. Together with over 10 years’ experience in the traffic management and security industries, Adele also has over 10 years’ experience in treasury, business administration and human resource management.

Paul Redman, National Training & Safety Manager

Paul is currently the Group’s National Training and Safety Manager. He is a qualified Workplace Health and Safety Officer and certified trainer and assessor. Paul is instrumental in the training activities of our Registered Training Organization, Evolution Training. Paul’s role is supplemented by over 18 years’ experience with the Queensland Police Force and working with Evolution since 2005.

Jennifer Trembath, Administration Manager

Jennifer is currently Evolution’s Administration Manager with responsibility for Group accounts and client services and managing the administration team. Jennifer has over 10 years’ experience in administration in the construction and legal industries with experience in rolling out total quality management systems.

Dan Wilson, Projects and Planning Manager

Dan is currently Evolution Traffic’s Projects and Planning Manager, responsible for all traffic planning for major projects. Through the national planning team, Dan initiates undertakes complex traffic plans and strategies, permit applications and liaises with local government and State road and police authorities. Dan has over 12 years’ experience in the traffic control, security and major events industries. Dan is known throughout the industry as a leading designer and traffic control planner.

 

Phil Wolfenden, National Logistics Manager

Phil is currently the National Logistics Manager for the Evolution Group, responsible for all group purchasing, equipment management and logistics. Through the national logistics team, Phill manages a fleet of over 500 vehicles and is instrumental in the development and growth of Evolution’s national branch network. Phill has over 20 years’ experience in defence roles including infantry logistics and purchasing. Phil has an Associate Diploma in Material Resource Management.

Graham Dougan, Human Resources Manager

Graham Dougan is currently Human Resources Manager for the Group. Graham is an experienced human resource and administrative leader with more than 30 years’ experience in human resource management, including senior roles with TNT, Challenge Recruitment,
Howard Services Facilities Management and Group 4 Securitas International. Graham is passionate about fostering and maintaining a forward thinking workplace which delivers successful outcomes for the group’s senior executives, employees and clients.
